Your request must include a detailed description about the product, the quantity you need, and an image to help us to look for it easily, if applicable.

We search with our suppliers to get the best prices, considering delivery times and shipping costs.
As soon as we have the necessary information, we send you a formal quote with everything you asked for and wait for your answer.
3.
The moment we have your confirmation, we make sure to contact the correct supplier, carry out the payments and wait for the package to be shipped.
Once we we get the product, we corroborate that everything arrived in the best conditions, and once ready, it gets prepared for delivery.
4.
Immediately after being ready, our employees are responsible to make the delivery on time directly to your company's warehouse/storage, alongside your signature of received.
